3. Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right to liability for defects for the services offered in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). If there is a deviation from this, the warranty is based on the regulations written for this purpose in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC). If the customer is an entrepreneur, the warranty period for new goods is limited to one year. The provider is granted that he can choose between repair or new delivery in the event of subsequent performance if the goods are new and the customer is an entrepreneur. This does not apply to customer claims for damages due to injury to life, limb, health or essential contractual obligations, which must be fulfilled to achieve the contractual objective. This also does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply.
4. Drafting of contracts
If the customer is an entrepreneur, the risk of accidental loss and/or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer when the goods are handed over or, in the case of shipment, delivered to the selected service provider. The text of the contract is saved by the provider. The customer has no way of directly accessing the stored contract text. The customer can correct input errors during the ordering process. To do this, he can proceed as follows: You can send us changes to your data by e-mail and we will immediately transfer them to our database.
5. Offer and conclusion of contract
5.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop and on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
5.2 a In the online shop: By clicking on the Place order button, you make a binding declaration of intent to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after it has been completed by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation e-mail contains all the data of the order including the present general terms and conditions.
5.2 b On our website: By confirming our offer sent to you by e-mail in writing by e-mail, you are making a binding declaration of intent to order the goods or services contained in the offer. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after it has been completed by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation e-mail contains all the data of the order including the present general terms and conditions.
5.3. The goods order with contractual conditions will be stored by us until it is processed. You have this data in the form of the e-mail sent in accordance with section after the conclusion of the contract. In addition, when you place an electronic order in the online shop, you have the option of saving or printing out the text of the contract when you place the order.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (section 5.), you have to bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 200 euros or if you pay a higher price than the item at the time of revocation have not yet provided consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Prices and Shipping Costs
9.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory sales tax and other price components.

10. Payment and Delivery

12. Disclaimer
Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. Excluded are claims for damages by the customer due to injury to life, limb, health or essential contractual obligations, which must be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. 13. Assignment and pledging prohibition
Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without the provider's consent, unless the customer has demonstrated a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
14. Language, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The contract will be drawn up in German. The further execution of the contractual relationship takes place in German. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. For consumers, this only applies to the extent that it does not restrict any legal provisions of the country in which the customer has his domicile or habitual abode. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with customers who are not consumers, legal entities under public law or special funds under public law is the registered office of the provider.
15. Severability Clause
The invalidity of a provision of these terms and conditions has no effect on the validity of the other provisions.
